Poikilo Blade (PKB) knives are expertly crafted for precision and performance. Each knife is backed by a warranty that guarantees it will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
If you purchase a PKB knife directly from us or an authorized retailer and discover a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or improper care. Maintenance tasks, such as sharpening, are also excluded from the warranty.
Additionally, the warranty becomes void if the knife is modified in any way. For repairs or services outside the warranty period, PKB will evaluate the condition of the knife and provide a price estimate. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs.
